4. BUSINESS LISTINGS

4.1 Submission Requirements

Businesses must provide accurate and truthful information. Misleading, false, or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Approval Process

All business submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any listing at our sole discretion.

4.3 Listing Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any business listing without prior notice if it violates these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

4.4 Content Ownership

By submitting a business listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the information you provide.

5. USER CONDUCT

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others

16.1 Eligibility to Claim

To claim a business listing, you must:

Be the legal owner, authorized representative, or manager of the business
Have the authority to represent the business and agree to these Terms
Provide accurate and truthful information during the claim process
Have access to the email address you provide for verification

16.2 Claim Process

Search: Find your business in our directory
Email Verification: We will send a verification code to the email you provide
Review: Our team will review your claim request
Approval: You will be notified of the decision via email

16.3 Verification Requirements

We may require additional verification at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Business registration documents
Proof of ownership or authorization
Government-issued identification
Domain ownership verification (for website)

16.4 Dispute Resolution

If a business listing is already claimed and you believe you are the rightful owner:

You may submit a dispute claim through our platform
Both parties will be notified and asked to provide supporting documentation
We will review all evidence and make a final determination
Our decision is final and binding

16.5 Rights and Responsibilities After Claiming

Once your claim is approved:

You gain the ability to update and manage your business listing
You are responsible for keeping all information accurate and current
You must respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You may not transfer your claim to another party without our written consent

16.6 Revocation of Claims

We reserve the right to revoke a claim at any time if:

False or fraudulent information was provided
The business listing violates these Terms
The claimant is found to lack proper authorization
The business has closed or ceased operations
The claimant fails to maintain accurate information

16.7 Communication and Consent

By claiming your business, you agree that:

We may send you transactional emails related to your claim (verification codes, status updates, security alerts)
We may send you service notifications about changes to our platform or policies
Marketing communications will only be sent if you explicitly opt-in (can be withdrawn at any time)
You will keep your contact information current

16.8 No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to reject any claim for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient verification, duplicate claims, or violation of these Terms.
